Skis and snowboards are what visitors rent most, and for days at a time, so that’s where we want the garage deep before the lifts spin. A setup counts when a renter can ride it the day they pick it up:
Skis and boards count once “bindings” is in the title or in what’s included. Boots can come from the renter or a shop; include them if you have a pair and say the size. The other four listings can be anything you own that someone would rent — helmets, bikes, a roof rack, a paddleboard for next summer.
List it
Phone photos, your own description, your price and your pickup rules. About five minutes per item. Live the moment you save it; no approval.
Hand it off
Every renter is ID-verified and pays up front. You pick the meet-up spot and the window; questions come to you by text and in the app.
Get paid
The rental money is sent to your account the moment you both confirm the hand-off. The renter’s deposit stays held until the gear is back in good shape.

What a board does in a winter
A $600 setup at $40 a day, rented 10 days this season, is $400 back — with no lender fee as a founder, every dollar of it is yours. Rent it twenty days and the board paid for itself. That’s the example, not a promise: you set the price and the days, and renters choose.
The fine print, short version
First 100 members only, one bonus per person. The five must be separate items you own, honestly described, with your own photos. Keep them live for 14 days to get the bonus; drop below five (or pull your only winter setup) before then and it waits until you’re back.
