Summit Shred Swap — Founding Lender Offer Terms

Version 1.3 — Effective October 20, 2026 (adds the winter-setup requirement; Members who qualified before this date keep their status)

These terms cover the Founding Lender Offer from Summit Shred Swap LLC ("we," "us"). They are part of our Terms of Service; words defined there mean the same here.

1. The offer

The first 100 Members to qualify become Founding Lenders and get:

A $50 bonus, paid once per person;
No Lender fee for 12 months: the 5% Lender fee is not taken from your payout on any booking requested within 12 months of the day you qualify. The Renter's service fee, card processing and any taxes are unchanged; and
A Founding Lender badge on your profile and listings.

2. How to qualify

You qualify the moment you have five listings live at the same time on your account, at least one of which is a complete winter setup, if spots remain. A complete winter setup is one of: skis with bindings mounted; a snowboard with bindings; a splitboard or alpine-touring setup with bindings or skins; Nordic skis or snowshoes; a snowmobile; a fat bike; or an ice-fishing kit. "Complete" means a renter can use it the day they pick it up — a board without bindings or a sled that doesn't run doesn't count, and we may ask you to add what's missing before paying the bonus. Each listing must be:

a separate item you own and have the right to rent, available to rent in the Community;
described honestly, with your own photos and a real price; and
within our Community Standards (no prohibited items).

The same item listed twice counts once. A listing with a quantity of more than one counts as one listing. Our records of when each Member reached five live listings decide the order; spots go first come, first served.

3. When and how the bonus is paid

We pay the $50 after your five qualifying listings have stayed live for 14 days. We pay it to the payout account you connect through our Payment Processor, or another way we choose and tell you about. Connect a payout account to receive it.

4. When you don't get it, or lose it

No bonus is paid, and the fee waiver ends, if you:

remove or pause qualifying listings to below five, or remove your only winter setup, before the 14 days are up (you can qualify again later only while spots remain);
list items you don't own, duplicate items, placeholder or misleading listings, or open more than one account;
are suspended or banned under the Terms of Service or Community Standards.

5. How long it runs

The offer starts October 1, 2026 and ends when 100 Members have qualified, or earlier if we end it by posting a notice on the site. Ending or changing the offer doesn't take away a bonus or fee waiver you already qualified for. One bonus per person. The offer is void where prohibited.
